Dream peeling

The Prediction team works in an office with a few other magazines. Most mornings someone will bring us a strange dream to interpret. But I'm baffled by the one I had last night...
I was partly lucid because I'd been practising the lucid dreaming technique that we posted on here. (link). I was having a pretty normal sort of dream, travelling with people from my family to the seaside. Then I suddenly thought, "Oh, I can just peel this dream off and go to another one." I lifted my hands up and felt round the sides of the dream, then pulled it down somehow. It made a cracking, ripping sound and suddenly I was in another dream, this time with lots of people from work at a fancy dress party where I was dressed as a penguin.
I took part in this dream for a while, then decided to 'turn the page' of that one too, so ripped the dream down with my bare hands again, so reveal another scene. But instead of jumping into that one, I pulled it off straight away, and another, and another...
The last time I felt like that was when I was a kid and wanted to see what happens when you place one mirror so that it reflects into another one... woo, mirror infinity. I woke up startled. What can it mean?

Sounds like that car ad where the guy gets out and changes the scenery!
